He began practice in Pound, Wis. in 1985 and continues that practice as well as seeing patients at the NorthReach Crivitz Medical Clinic. Dr. Nogler has been on the Board of Directors since the inception of NorthReach in 2000. " I look forward to working with my colleagues to continue to find ways of delivering quality healthcare to the residents of Marinette/Menominee counties," Nogler said. "The establishment of this position is critical to insuring that our doctors and providers remain a significant voice in the direction NorthReach takes in the future." The Medical Director's responsibilities will include: oversight of the development of clinical policies; provider recruiting, employment and retention; facilitation of the development of quality assurance guidelines; leadership to the Practice Executive Committee and direction for the development of provider performance standards and principals. NorthReach has recently begun an expanded hours clinic in Marinette and Crivitz and is actively recruiting a number of new primary care physicians for the area. |
