Recognizes Employees for February (February 5, 2004) |

(Marinette, Wis.) – Bay Area Medical Center recognized Gail Meyer, LPN, as the Employee of the Month for February and acknowledged seven others as Service Care Stars. Meyer graduated from Menominee High School and continued her education in
Practical Nursing at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She has been an employee
at BAMC since 1994. She was chosen as the employee of the month for her positive attitude and drive to provide superior patient care. That includes keeping patients informed, comfortable, and helping to solve any problems they may be experiencing. “Dialysis patients have many needs. Gail consistently strives to make each treatment as pleasant as possible,” said Cathy Miles, director of surgical services at BAMC. “I’ve been very fortunate over the past ten years at BAMC to have
had the privilege to work with many skilled and caring professionals,” Meyer
stated. “These are the people that have given me the desire to always strive
