Introducing Stacie Murray, MPAS, PA-C

August 1, 2007, Stacie Murray joined the staff at NorthReach Healthcare of Marinette as the new Physician Assistant in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine.

Murray grew up in the small town of Wausaukee. She completed a Pre-med core curriculum at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and continued to receive a B.S. Degree in Medical Science with a Minor in Psychology at Alderson-Broaddus College, and then earned a Masters degree of Physician Assistant Studies with a specialization in Internal Medicine at University of Nebraska Medical. She has now returned to her roots in Wausaukee with her husband, Bob, 5 year old daughter, Stephanie, and 1 year old son, Robby.

Murray has 10 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, including over seven years of experience working for various branches of the Marshfield Clinic including Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in Chippewa Falls and in family practice in Cadott and Cornell.

Stacie will see patients at the Marinette Pediatric Clinic on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday every week. She will work closely with children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21. Her practice will include well child exams, physicals, and acute care for issues such as sore throats, ear aches, and poison ivy. She will also be working in Internal Medicine each Wednesday and Friday and will see patients age 16 and older for annual exams, including sports physicals, Welcome to Medicare physicals, and well women exams. She will also see patients for medication refills, follow ups on chronic medical conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, and other acute care illnesses such as sinus infections and bronchitis.

“I enjoy getting to know my patient’s and their families,” states Stacie, “and I am pleased to join the NorthReach Pediatrics and Internal Medicine Clinics and once again become involved in the community.”  Stacie Murray is now accepting appointments.
